The concept behind Yamaha's renowned Silet Guitar Series is profoundly simple as it is highly ingenious. If you remove the soundbox of either a classical or steel string acoustic and provide a top array of electronic wizardy in the form of an onboard preamp packed for full of useful sounds instead, you are free to fully indulge your inspiration in private at any time of the day or night. And last but not least, the line-out output can be plugged into any PA or amp to metamorphose this silent guitar into a loud speaking stage instrument, with absolutely no feed-back!

The SLG range comes in two basic formats: Nylon or steel string acoustic. There are various finish options along the way not to mentionthe all-new SRT preamp that insures studio quality for either practice, stage or recording.

This instrument is warranted 2 years by our workshop.
