The Tama Metalworks Black Steel 14 "x5.5" is a steel snare drum designed for both beginners and advanced drummers. The 1.2 mm thick steel shell features a high-quality matte black finish. All the hardware and the 1.6 mm hoops are also painted in black. The Tama Black Steel delivers a sound rich in harmonics and assertiveness, with a lot of attack. The MS20R14S steel snare has a sensitive response and offers numerous adjustment possibilities in terms of dynamics and playing feel. The throw-off is smooth and can be finely adjusted.
