The genuine mahogany neck, shaped in Clapton’s preferred Modified V profile, fits naturally in the hand. The hot hide-glued dovetail neck joint ensures maximum resonance and long-term stability. The solid ebony fretboard, dense and dark, features delicate abalone inlays and bears a discreet yet symbolic touch at the 20th fret: Eric Clapton’s signature.
The short scale length of 24.9" gives a softer string tension, ideal for fingerstyle, nuanced blues, or expressive bends. It enhances playing comfort across the entire fretboard. The scalloped X-bracing optimises projection while preserving a remarkable tonal balance. Every note sings, every chord breathes, every silence turns musical.
The vintage-toned gloss finish gives the guitar a noble presence without flash.
