After working at Fender and Music Manduring his college years, where he learned from Leo Fender, Doc Kauffman and Randall, Fred Taccone began repairing and tweaking his friends' and many professional musicians' amps. Once his reputation began to grow, Rusty Anderson (who recorded and toured with high profile artists like Paul McCartney and Neal Diamond) encouraged him to take the plunge and start building his own amps. By the end of the 2000s, Divided by 13 amps began appearing on recordings and tours of major artists, and the popularity of these new amps with a mysterious name and incredible tone quickly spread.

Divided by 13's EDT 13/29 is an exceptional blues and pop beast. It's a single-channel amp that can go from Fender Tweed tones to Marshall JTM gain levels by performing a simple trick that we guitarists love to perform: turning up the volume. Ultra-simple settings: Treble, Bass, Volume, Reverb, and a Boost for solos. A switch allows you to change the class (A or A/B, which give 13 and 29 W output respectively) in order to concentrate the power of the two KT66 tubes.

Strat, Tele, Les Paul... It pays homage to the work of luthiers all around by magnifying the tone of these instruments with impressive clarity. From the design (modern, with first choice components) to the construction (old school, in P2P), it is THE professional amp. Sensitive to all nuances in the attack, the dynamics are perfect: not too much presence, the bass is never muffled, the trebles remain tamed, but the harmonics burst out!
